The Funded Frame is a brand operated by The Funded Frame, registered in The Netherlands.

2. Products & Customization

All products are custom-made based on the certificate provided by the customer.
Due to their personalized nature, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR (€), including VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, credit card, or other accepted methods.

  • The Funded Frame reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free worldwide shipping.

  • Estimated production time is 2–4 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time varies per country, typically 7–14 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As all plaques are personalized, returns are not accepted unless:

    • The product arrives damaged

    • You received the wrong plaque

  • If this applies, contact us at info@thefundedframe.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this website are property of The Funded Frame and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Liability

  • The Funded Frame is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • We are not liable for incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong certificate image or spelling).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, the customer and The Funded Frame agree to first seek an amicable solution before escalating to court.
