🤝 Q: Which prop firm certificates are supported?

📄 A: All of them — as long as your certificate is official and verifiable.
💸 We also accept payout confirmations and performance badges as proof — we frame your wins, not just the challenge.

🕒 Q: How long does delivery take?

🛠️ A: Each trophy is custom-made and takes 2–4 business days to produce.
🚚 Shipping times (after production):

  • NL & BE: 1–3 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–14 business days

📦 Q: Can I track my order?

🔗 A: Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your trophy has been shipped.

💳 Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

🚫 Q: Can I return my order?

A: Since all plaques are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, unless:

  • 🛠️ The product arrives damaged

  • ✏️ There's a customization error caused by us
